parking lights wont come on

So I turned my car on this afternoon and noticed that the cluster didn't light up when I turned the parking lights on. I got out of the car to check for any bad fuses and saw that all my lights were off, but the driving lights still turn on, so my question is has this ever happened to anyone and how did you fix it?

A crazy headlight switch? Errr, I guess on these cars it is in the "MFS?"

there should be a fuse. if it aint that then ur MFS could be to blame??

I've checked all the fuses but can't seem to find which one it is, I was also wondering if anyone knew the difference from a body control module going bad as apposed to the mfs going bad
