If it's as bad as what you are describing you're going to need it have it put on a frame rack to have the damage to the body of the car pulled out to and squared up to be strait and true. This isn't a backyard or do-it-yourself project unless you are a professional and have the proper tools.

And dude... gotta lay off the CAPs

Oh... also saw the radiator "bracket" is bent or messed up. If it's bad you're gonna need to replace the core support which needs to be welded in.

If it was hit that hard I would definately check into a possible replacement of the radiator support. Many of the items in which you are replacing are attached and located by this. As for Salvage yards in Kansas, There is a great yard in RoseHill and in Wichita. Kevin Nutch owns the one in RoseHill. I just can't remeber the name. I use Don Schmid Salvage in Wichita. Plenty of second generation Neons there.

but really,... I wrecked my whole front end,.. they sell the new radiator support for 100 shipped on Ebay, or you can buy a partial of just the top half including the headlights,.... It is a pain in the as$ to get lined back up right,. all I can say is keep on test fitting.
Good luck!
