spring rate

Have some questions about how to achive better handling and stopping power using different springs, upgrading to coilovers, questions on swaybars, bushings, different rotors, pads, ect... Having any steering problems or questions about steering racks, tie rods, tie rod ends, ect... ask these questions here.

spring rate

ok i have an 02 neon sxt on factory springs and the evo 5 body kit and when i come out of parking lots the body kit scraps b/c the spring gives to much play is there a spring out there that is stiffer and wont give so easy im not worried about the ruff ride just want to stop from scrapping the body thanks for the help

do 9k front n 11k rear
but thats if you want to ride like a race car lol
not to sure if you want that ..
but im going to get some custom spring rats ..
im going to do 7k F and 9k R
but i run adj struts too tho sooo
are you going to do a adj sleeve ?
or are you going to just do coil ?
what kind of stet up do you want to run ?

coilovers would solve your problem since you can ride as high (or low) as you want and they're extra firm. You could even increase the ride height if you wanted. I think stock height would be more than enough height to keep you from scraping.

...but they're expensive.

i am at stock height right now with factory springs and im still scraping as of right now im staying with factory struts. i did the sleeves before the kit and it was ok i just need to get a higher rated spring or some 17's srt4 rims but cant find any for a good price. so i figured i would look into the springs.
