Post by sneakers O'toole » Thu Nov 05, 2009 7:38 pm

got a lip-less rear bumper AND a new tripod that i'm stoked about. still waiting for stock tails and amber side markers.

i really wanted to like this one, but to much light in the front made the rear blurry..oh well..lesson learned lol.

your wheels look alot like mine, but mine are almond (off-white) instead of pure white.

thanks, yeah mine are just primer for now...ghetto haha. i had the paint and wanted to see if the car looked right with white wheels.

i like it. i'm going to let them take their winter beating and paint them proper in the spring.

now i have to track down side skirts...since my store was shut down, i have all the time in the world to work on the car....but no extra money :banghead:

you can't "paint" them proper. you need to powder coat them.

getting them powder coated is a consideration and would be ideal, yes.

Omg. Jealous. I want a set of seven spokes so fucking badly. Not fair. But anyways, whats with your fender and hood and trunk? Flat black, gloss black? I guess there was an accident involved.

the hood and trunk are flat black on purpose......the fender?.....yeah.. not so much, lol. i'm hoping to have the fender color-matched by carlisle.

Your next investment should be in lowering springs. lol

Anyways, the lip kit is looking good so far. Now you need to hunt down for sides. Looks good so far!

thinking about grabbing the sides off the car at the u-pull that had this bumper on....but from what i understand the front parts where pretty thrashed..might check sunday or monday.

i have kazera springs on right now...1.5" drop, not too bad...BUT..if the opportunity arises, i'm getting sportlines.

If you want less grainy pictures, you have to turn the ISO down. This turns down the camera's sensitivity to light, which may require the use of a tripod to get desirable results.

Anyway can't wait to see the Sportline pics.

I love the drop stance now. But you need to color match your gas lid and get rid of the mopar tails.

Looking good so far.

haha. yeah, the gas lid was one of those "hey i have it lying around lets see what it looks like" things that i never really think about until someone points it out. the more i look at it...yeah..

i do kinda agree on the tails...maybe a little too "flashy" for the simple look of the exterior..but i also paid $100 for them so yeah..lol.
