Ever wish you had the money to build custom speaker pods for your car?
I had to smile at that. pehaps they should have put time, or ability instead. Some may see that as an insult, but if you had the time/skills, for $300/$500 list, you could build your own. May not be as sexy, or they might turn out better....

I think those would go in the kick panels.

Actually both of you are 100% wrong. They go on the doors....not on the kick panels.

that and if it was the lower half of the door.. then it would be easier to work with.. I like them, but then I would have half the bottom end in CF and the other in cheap Mopar plastic..

bummer

deffenetly looks kinda cheap to me... like nate said they should of made them have a better line of the door panel.... if not mold them into the door so they look more oem looking and not just thrown on the door panel

speaker pods like this are very easy to make. the only hard part would be laying down the cf and keeping the pattern straight.

i think they look like crap, like something someone just stuck onto the doors. someone could easily make a better mounting system that covers the entire bottom of the door out of fg and paint them any color you like.

Much easier to make that piece from Crutchfield look good. Would actually look stock when it was finished.

Im gonna be running those q logic pods in mine and was gonna try and dress up the door sets as well. The pods are a litlle cheasy but worth it if you dont have the time to make the pods yourself. Im getting the q logic ones wrapped in cf as well. Now that I se a set of the carbon by design ones mounted Im liking the idea. But like nineball said if they made it cover the entire bottom half of the door it would look better.

(im running two sets of 61/2" components in the front FYI)
