Woot I can haz SRT seats?

I just wanted to share, that I just bought a set of mint SRT viper seats. WOOOOTTT!!!! So let me break this down. I bought my current seats for $200 and then bought the viper seats for $425 shipped to my door. I sold my stock seats for $100 and then sold my current aftermarket seats for $250 which means I made a total of $150 so the Viper seats actually cost $275 shipped to my door, but it gets better. The dude I bought them from says shipping might be less because his dad gets a discount, so there is a possibility that they may cost even less.

I still don't understand the fascination with these seats. It was all I could do to get in an out of Jason's car last year. Partially because it was lowered, but also the seat.

FYI: I'm not little.

i like the snug feeling of them. but they would REALLY suck for some of the 1200+ mile trips i've done. (carlisle, pa... clemson, sc... tavares, fl) that's the ONLY reason i haven't gotten them

I thought you were gonna say they'd really suck for some of the 1200+ pound people

I'm pretty thin, and love mine. They are tight on the seat area though. The bolsters keep your legs close and your junk unhappy.

What really saddens me is when people but these black viper seats into a tan or lighter interior color, instead of a black interior.

Like srtjesse for example. Seeing those black seats in his tan interior car just makes me think

For the people wondering how I scored them, I got a very abused SRT running for a freind of mine so he could sell it to Carmax. Before he took it to them I said all I wanted for the many hours of labor I put into the car was to swap my ACR seats for his.

Oh, and Carmax gave him top dollar (for them) for the car...wrong seats and everything

i just got mine for 300 im 6 ft 3 and they fit me perfectly, im not even that skiny lol 230 pounds so i dont see why ppl complain lol

you swapped your ACR seats with the holes and ACR stitching for plain viper inspired seats?

It's just an '02 ACR. I'm pretty sure those got basic seats like the most of us.

i dont understand all the rage for srt seats either, i've sat in pretty much all the different styles of neon seats, and i like my leather srs seats the best, wouldnt trade them for any other seat.
