I bought the car in 2007. I didn't starting thinking on ideas until 08 after my Sophomore yr. My first mod was stage 1 or 2 racing clutch in 08. Then i got free a pioneer deck and some 10inch SPLs. Then I bought a 350 watt apm for my Mids and a 1000 watt apm for the subs. When i get a chance take some pictures of the insides with the flip screen DVD player i bought in February. This is how she looked until Feb 09.

then drop that i regret up to this day.

Then all of a sudden a hell broke loss, my timing belt went. The first problem my car gave me. This was a good reason to do my Mag swap. Her on the wrecker truck hope its the last time, unless its going to a car show. LOL

Broken timing belt trust me a void this.

Comparison of how the intake manifold use to look and to how far i sanded it down. I bought off of here.

Mag cam that i bought off of here. it has Little rust spots.

Dont get me wrong she looks sexy but i regret it because my springs and struts are shot. i bought the ebay bomz coilovers and instead of it dropping it raised my car, so the mechanic said he would heat the factors and she would still ride smooth but that was a damn lie. My timing broke at 110xxx or 113xxx.

Lol, you should have changed the timing belt at 105k... And your rather "local" to me. So I guess the car is still sitting? awaiting the new head and such? Is that the 01 mag cam? As I heard it was the best R/T cam available. I'm surprised that you didn't just get a compcams400 and be done with it.

Those ebay bomz coilovers are trash. You should have went legit with Eibach springs and Tokico blue struts. That rides just as smooth as stock suspension.

And hey man, the car I just bought, the timing belt broke in it too. My 05 just clicked over 100K miles, so I'm going to have to change that belt soon too.

I bought the car with 80xxx miles thinking it was already done, but i guess not. Yup u guessed it is still sitting in the yard with no head on. i didn't go with comp400 cause funds was running low.
today i just cleaned off the top of the pistons, sanded the mag intake some more and installed the cam in the mag head i got from Jerry. trying to polish the intake mani without a sander is a PITA.

looks real good. The drop LOOKS good, but damn, is your mechanic 12 years old?? Who would tell you I'm going to heat your springs to lower the car and it will still ride good??? You should've never bought eBay springs, and he should've never heated them. Save up for some Tokico HPS and Eibach Sportlines or Tein S-Techs if you want a better quality drop

last week i final finished installing my springs and struts... what a pain in ass. passenger side inner tripod came out while the car was down for 4 days waiting on the new bump stops. it was a pain to put back in.

This is what i found when i took the struts out and 1 one bump stop out 4 struts. Never let no one you don't know work on your shit cause they well jack some of your shit just so you can come back to them when it break down.

but i got to say she rides way better than she use to but i little to bouncy got scared to speed cause it feels like it will flip. after pics:

i took some shots of the interior and exterior after i lil cleaning.

yea jerry i in fl now i been live down here a month and half. Va aint got nothing on fl i been to the beach like every week... just got back from the beach. thanks for them parts. oh yeah stay posted i got some sanded srt 4 rims for the low too

since i was down here. but i got to paint them i was thinking goldish bronzish color or silver or white, what you think guys?
