nope 03 bumper allows enough air flow that you do not need the hood, thats the best part, and plus i'm looking at a 800 dollar one once i get all X-Mass stuff sorted out

Ok so heres the scoop since midnight I've been driving around and testing out the new manifold. the good is that it gave me a shit ton of torque with all mods that i have done. the bad is that when i start the car it instantaneously knows that the pressure in the manifolds off and plays in and out of limp mode all the drive long. so during my drive i raced a few cars and can say that is pretty good. I took on a new 370 z and lost by what looked to me about four lengths but also my second gear sync is off. all in all i think with a 12 1 kit the car would f'ing fly if I put wings on it.

I got megasquirt right now and as for the asp kit I'm not really going to buy cause I've slow been building my own kit. currently I have everything, but want to rebuild the engine before I slap everything on. I need to put my crower rods in and I think I'm keeping the 9:8:1 compression ratio. and have to do new oil and water pump. i also want to port the shit out of the head. once I get basics done I going to slap that bad boy on.

If your going to rebuild the engine, you might as well go for low comp. pistons...

Exactly. ZeroChad got a deal on his, he paid like $750 for his pistons[Wiesco] and rods[Eagle] with anti friction coating.

Intake looks great , as for the coating , I think the company called hot jet coating does it. There are a couple article in hot rod and popular hot rodding I have on the subjet, they can also do heads, manifold, rods, cranks, too promote air flow (top end) and reduce windage (bottom end)

Yes. Or, you can call up on Monday when they're open and place an order on the phone, or ask all the questions you want.

So many neons so little time.

Sorry I didn't chime back in earlier but calico is the company modern used to outsource for their coatings.
