"folding mirrors"

Post by JeffB#2 » Sun Dec 06, 2009 4:28 pm

Junkyard I went to today has an LX with folding mirrors on it. Are they worth anything? I might go back for them just for the hell of it.

I snagged the leather-covered console arm rest from the same car. Car didn't have leather seats, struck me as a little odd to have the leather arm rest and cloth seats. I left the leather-covered ATX shifter knob since I have zero use for that thing.

Has been for a while. But I think it's past his bedtime when people post the stuff in the for sale section, and someone gets them before he notices.

I will probably hang on to it for now. Even though the entire back seat of that car was filled with dog hair, the arm rest is in almost perfect shape. Very little wear on it all all.

I put it on the console in my car, not really interested in selling it right now.

I was just wondering about the mirrors!

Folding mirrors are fairly common. Now if they are folding heated mirrors they are worth using :D
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...

Sorry, couldn't resist. Export neons seem to have everything else tho...

Maybe sales would have been better if they didn't offer just the stripped down versions in North America.

While I am not a huge fan of fancy stuff, I am in the minority.

I know they could have packaged this stuff cheaply. My XJ cost thousands less, ordering it with all the power crap, than ordering a basic model.

Let's face it. The whole neon marketing campaign here was a huge Fail.

UPullrparts.com, the Rosemount location.
It won't be there long. Most Neons we see only last a month or two, if that. They roll them thru pretty quickly.
