alright, so i've been asked a few times to put pictures of my car up so i've decided to finally fold and do it.

i figured in the form of a progress log is best.

i picked up this car in may of 09, with 88k on the clock, it's an 01 r/t but i'm sure you'd figure that out soon enough lol.

the rear struts were going out so as a nice gift my dad had belle tire replace every suspension component with factory pieces, except the springs which are mopar stg1 <3

besides the springs it's pretty much stock, was bored one day and bought a front stb from megan, it's pretty sturdy. oh and the hd lip.

christmas is coming and i'm pretty sure it'll be a good year for me and my vehicle so here's an update pre, and i'll do one after

(if you look closely you can see my hella baller interior)

better pictures when it's nicer outside

Are those SRT-4 panels? Or just the chrome handles?

Looks good, and nice and tightly wrapped. Do the headliner!!!!

Any performance mods?

just chrome handles

the headliner would be overkill, and with a sunroof idk if i could pull it off.

performance no, i've been holding off until the summer, researching my options and saving.

i just moved out of the parents house and with our security deposit and furniture costs, neon ideas are least important at the moment.

Car looks great so far, I just don't care for the fabric in the interior. Other than that:

eh it actually wasnt bad, the fabric i used had some elasticity, so i just took off the arm rest, unscrewed the plastic, tucked/glued, then re-applied the plastic peice.

as to the lower comment, i like where it sits right now, i'm local to a race track

Image

and i actually plan on tracking the car, so i don't think any lower would be good. the mopar springs are nice and stiff, with daily driveablity.

thanks guys, i'll probably wash it today and take a couple more pics, it looks terrible

so instead of spending money on mods, this week i've replaced brake pads on every corner, and the serpentine belt.

whatever, she runs like a charm.

/update.

I missed this log before. Looks good. Still planning on any performance upgrades this year?

PS...I see you live near Waterford Hills. Good deal.

we'll see on performance, i really don't want to sink much into the car and to make power you seem to have to. i do love it, but i can't justify spending $240 to make 3hp at the crank.

i don't have a garage or tools, so i can't do much work myself so a turbo's probably out of the question too. i'll just enjoy her as she is, maybe get some lighter wheels, but my "mod" money will probably go to a helmet and track days if all goes well.
