I 80 in CHEYENNE, Wyo

I am trying to get to cali but the weather is not letting me drive my hour i can drive but i figure i share the this part of the drive

they close down the I 80 in CHEYENNE, Wyo.I was doing just fine at 60 mph

I'd bet 60 was working fine for him if he's in a decently loaded tractor, lol.
