well its that time of the yr again

Post by cbjones26 » Sun Jan 03, 2010 4:24 pm

well its almost income tax time, and every year i end up buying a diff car with my income tax, im not going to use all of it this yr but some of it, and i need some input on which would be a better thing to do, either one

srt- swap in the neon
or
buy a nissan s-13 ( there is one local that runs good body is good just a shit load of miles and its 100% stock) for around $2500

im thinking the s-13 is the way i should go. RWD FTMFW!!!!

what about:

credit card payments
saving it
or rent?

if you get the s13, i'd sell the neon

i dont have credits card payments, PAID OFF :) pay cash for everything now. dont need it to pay rent, not behind in any bills i always pay everything in full when i get bills, will not sell the neon , will need a car to drive in the winter if i get the S-13. but then again, maybe ill use like 6k of it to use as a down payment on a house??

but then again i have bad credit so prolly wont get a loan.lol

although i could pay off what i did an employee purchase from work and that will be and extra 75 in my check each week!

if you have no debts or anything in collections, I'd say save the money for that certain situation where you may need the funds and apply for a credit card. Use the credit card for purchases and use your saved funds to make a payment weekly if not monthly. This way while you have no debts you can work on getting your credit built up for future purchases.
There is nothing better than having credit now a days....

I would recommend that you save it for a better cause. i'm using my money for buying a home. Other than that I'm saving the rest.

Save it. Buy some bonds or a CD. Take it from someone a little older than you and who has pissed away far more money than you can imagine.

I'm just hoping I get something back.

If I do it will go towards debt.
