i know they make plugs that you could use, but i cant remember where you could get them from. i was going to use them on mine a couple weeks ago. if your car was black, you could just put some electircal tape on there for now, till you get it painted or whatever. u can probably get some type of plugs at a place like advanced or pep boys though

Well, if he's a member at SRTforums.com, he probably can't/won't match Blaze Red.phenomeneon21 wrote:there is a guy over on SRTforums.com, his name is Nightshades...he sells trunk spoiler plugs, can't remember for how much, but he'll match the plugs to the color of your car...from what I've heard he sells great quality stuff...might want to check that out.
(It's starting to suck having this color.)

My ex just color matched a nother trunk lid that didn't have a spoiler on it and kept the wing/spoiler for when he wanted it to turn to stock.

thats a good option too, but it seems like it'd be a bit easier just to get some reusable plugs!
...i think i might take my wing off just to see what it looks like...(well, obviously like a regular neon, lol)...it looks okay wihtout the spoiler, but the rear-end just sits soo high that without the spoiler it looks even higher!

i love a wingless neon
hehe...thats kinda obvious isnt it...
getting a whole new trunk w/out a wing and having them so you can switch if you change your mind is a good idea, but if you dont have the funds for that, the plugs sound like a good idea to me, esp if they are color matched to the stock colors.
funny i was going to post this same question a couple of weeks ago, but never got around to it. if someone gets those color matched plugs, id like to see how they look on a trunk, like how obvious it is and everything

if you want the ones that guy has on srtforums and you dont have an account, let me know what the name of your color is and ill see if he has any plugs that color for you.
if not, id just get the black ones and get some touch up paint and there ya go
or even the small black spots wouldnt look too bad

alright, i got a pm back from him saying to be patient and that he will eventually expand to all neon colors...no telling on how long we'll have to wait, but at least he knows us regular neons want his product s too. IMO, I think if you just go to home depot and find some plugs to fit the holes, that will work just as a temporary fix. Then when/if he does do other neon colors, get in touch with him and buy some. I think its $30 for reusable plugs (coated in some all-weather paint or something) or $20 for nonreusable plugs.
