need advice

Post by hybrid-Srt2001 » Wed Jan 13, 2010 2:29 am

As most of you know, i totaled my acr a few weeks ago. the insurance has gotten back to me and i have a few options.

My deductable is 500 either way

A: i get 4500 - the deductable and the car is towed away

B: I get 4500 - the deductable and 330 and keep the car

The mods were off before the ins quote

What else would people want off the car if i do keep it.

I would keep the built motor/trans/mtx swap stuff possibly.

So you get 4500 bucks either way.

But you pay 500 either way.

You pay an extra 330 and you get your car back with the motor/trans/mtx stuff.

Hmm.. Honestly, imo i would just take the car back and part it out. You could break even on the 330 bucks you spend to get the car back AND you get your engine/trans and build it.

I'd say take the car back, but thats just me.

Definitely buy the thing back.
Party it out - you'll make that $330 back, and make someone else happy! :D

Absolutely buy it back. Heck, a stock motor is worth that. Plus everything else too.

Then you would let your good buddy bigrob buy the trans swap off of you right?
