I was puttin up 225 a few years ago. Hope to back at that level again soon now that I'm hittin the gym regularly again. Wish I would have stuck with it, I'd probably be a beast by now.

I am at about that now, 6-8reps of 225 on my 3rd set.
if i do 4 sets of flat bench i am at 8-10reps of 200.
with barbells i've been to 100 each hand for 6reps on my 3rd set.

But I will say it takes a long time and dedication to get up there. 4-5 times a week working out and eating right still takes about 6-10 weeks before u see decent results.

agreed, 6-8years ago I took on a guy at work, he was atleast 2-3 times my weight...
I almost had him on the ground until he shifted his weight just right and my back has been screwed since then....
