Someone I know was involved in a hit-and-run up in Redding, CA yesterday. Said it was a guy driving a 1997 Red 4-Door Neon. Looking at the picture, I'd say it was the front driver's side of the car. If anyone in or near the area happens to see one with that damage, by any chance at all, shoot me a PM with any info.
