+55 offset on a 2gn?

Post by red2.4srt » Mon Feb 01, 2010 9:07 pm

I'm looking at picking up some 16x6.5 +55mm offset wheels off a 2003 Legacy GT for my girlfriend's '01 SE and i'm curious how they'll fit. I'm thinking they should be close to flush with the fenders since my factory SRT wheels were a little recessed and they're +45mm. Any input? Thanks guys!

If it makes any difference it's lowered on SRT struts and Goldline springs.

I'm thinking you'll hit the rear tensions struts for sure. I'm uber close with 225s on 7in wide wheels with a 40 offset.

Yeah, there shouldn't be any issues with that, right?

no there shouldn't be any issues if you go to 16 it just matters what size tire and the offset. if i remeber right that size will not work with out spacers
