Mother's PowerBall4Paint
Anyone have a PERSONAL review on this?
Don't get me wrong, I'm old school when it comes to waxing and polishing by hand, but sometimes it get's sooo long and tedious.
I'd like to try it out, but would like some opinions.

I have actually used my mothers powerball on the paint on my car, but only because my first buffer broke and I couldn't afford a new one at the time.
It works suprisingly well, I could imagine the paint specific one would be a bit better but it shined the paint up real good. You can only use wax on it obviously, but for a cheap buffer alternative it is a good option.

I like people who BUY a 10 sec car and then brag about it. Thats like hiring someone to bang your wife and then bragging about the kid

Yup, see the big yellow thing on the drill? Yup, That was also with Mothers Carnuba Cleaner Wax (liquid form) I didn't feel like using a bowl or something similar so i used my disc golf disc. It went on really well and that thing holds so much it was ridiculous.Neon4Life wrote:wow. so ur telling me you did that with the Mothers Powerball for Paint..?
thats good yo.
I havent seen any yet. But yeah it cut the application time down to about 15 minutes for the entire car depending on how many smoke breaks were taken.theTeejmiester wrote:i bet in direct light there is holograms, but it does look pretty damn good tho, i am surprised actually

It looks good, but it's hard for me to agree completely without seeing a shot like I posted. You've got one with the sun in it, but over half of the sun isn't shown on the paint, plus it's at an angle which can make things not show up on top of that. It seems that either you truly didn't get swirls by using what seems to be at least a 1/2 bottle of wax for one go around (that massive amount of white, chalky looking wax on the paint is a sign of using WAY too much, and wasting the wax), or we just can't see them in the shade since there aren't any direct sun shots like I posted.
The reason I'm being so technical about it is I want real, quality proof that it won't cause swirls on paint. Every cars paint is different too. While it is possible that it may not swirl one car, doesn't mean it will make another car a disaster. Just sayin'...
