New Oil Pump or not?

Post by LCPLPunk » Sun Oct 30, 2005 4:37 pm

Hello all,

I'm trying to go the SRT Turbo route on my 2nd gen and i'm wondering if i should get a new Oil Pump.

My car currently has around 55,000 miles on it so i'm not sure i really need one, but i'm asking just to make sure.

Thanks!

yes. You will need a new oil pump. My stock one went out on me but I got lucky and it didn't do any harm. I know grindpunk's went out on him and he's having to rebuild his motor now because of it.
