I think stock backspacing is 5" on a 6" wheel. If you get 15x7 with 4.6" backspacing, they make poke out a little.

Just plunked some numbers into here. Seems like they'd be around a 17 offset, they would definately be outside the wheel well.

So many neons so little time.

They stick out too much.....I already went that route with Wheel Vintiques and they refused to make a wheel that fit the SRT-4. If you have a neon you may not have as much of an issue as your calipers are smaller up front, but I had a huge issue.

^^^this makes me very very sad. I have so much stuff ready to make a "vintage" neon I have paint (sublime and hot rod flats) classic go wing and barracuda style window cranks and door handles inner and outer and the Retro seats and a cuda rally dash as well as pistol grip(mtx) and t shifter (atx) all im looking for is the right wheel....

Alright so can someone school me on backspace vs offset? Our offset is 38mm right? Does that mean the mounting plate is 38mm forward (closer to the fender side than the caliper side) from the center of the wheel. Where as backspace is measured from the mounting surface to the back edge of the rim?

Where on a 15x6 for example 38mm offset is roughly 4.5in backspacing seeing as 38mm=1.5mm???

Sorry if im confused just trying to figure this out.

Edit: I just found this @

http://www.partsprovider.net/replica-wh ... -p-93.html

Offset= [backspace-(rim width)] /2

Soo, on the 15x7 with a 4.0 bs
[4-7]/2=1.5 or 38mm.

Would that fit my car?
