is that a second plug or are those going directly into the ballast or bulb. Sometimes they want you to slide those into the headlight plug for power. LOL. Dont do it. You are going to want to buy the 9007 harness that goes directly to the battery if its for your neon. You will kill your MFS (headlight) switch if you connect the ballasts directly to the headlight plug. heres the link...

http://www.vvme.com/relay-harness-for-s ... l?cPath=20

That will draw power from your battery instead of the switch. Hope this helps.

ok I see now. So thats the H1 kit w/ a 9007 harness correct?

Those extra two wires are suppose to go to the High Beam. I just cut the rubber gasket off and chucked it. What does the end of the Power harness look like?? I need to see what wires you have.

Ok yea that relay plugs into that socket and its prewired to go to the batt. Correct.

Heres what you need to do. The blue socket from the kit is going to get plugged into the car preferably the drivers side. The headlights you bought should have also came with a 9007 socket. Basically what your gonna do is cut the headlight plug off the headlights leaving some slack to put it back together later on if sell them or whatever. Now your gonna have to remember which wire goes to the high beam and the low beam. The middle wire is common GROUND With me so far....

Next you are going to cut out those extra 2 wires and also cut off that plastic connector. Ok so on the blue plug from the kit you have a blue and a black wire and an empty hole/socket.

What you need to do is splice together the wires from the connector that you didnt know what to do with... to the high beam positive and ground on your new headlights (positive is the actual bulb ground is the screw that hold it into place). Take the positive wire you just spliced together and place the metal tab into the empty hole on the blue 9007 socket from the kit. The positive end of the high beam will lock into place. Then take the ground wire and slpice it into you r Black wire from the same plug. there you go the hids are powered from the batt and the high beams will be off your stock switch like stock. Soory its kind of late so Im typing this kind of fast. If you need me too I can make up a diagram. Let me know if you got me sooo far.

yes just wire them up like you have it. Blue plug goes plugs into the car and the rest is Basic. Its kind of a pain but if you need the high beams thats what you will have to do.

Just take off the silly blue wiring with the prongs, you don't need it at all it serves no purpose. Hook up the relay harness and plug everything in...done :)

Yea thats what we concluded with.

You will want to save them down the road if you have the need to hook up the high beams. (not sure if you have inspections or what not like we do here in RI)

I've never used those....all you would need to do is buy a bi-xenon 9007 harness if you wanted to have the ability to swap to and from high beams. But with h1 headlights seems that he has the aftermarket projectors, they have a separate high beam socket, no?

Yea but the hid harness plugs into the same plug LOL. See the dilemma. That's why I had him splice the High beam into the Hid (blue) plug so they would work like normal. (its what I had to do) Thats why they sent him the spade lookin plug w/ the rubber boot.

I am gonna run HID High beam as well so Im going to have 3 sets running. LOL low high and fog. Should be exciting.

yea no biggie. Take out that blue wire from the plug and swap it into the empty hole. be careful there is a locking tab that you dont want to break
