my car making a loud noise and vibrating really bad. i did my inspection the other day and when took the car in the shop i couldn't hear the noise outside. the guy doing the inspection experienced the same ting that was happen to me. he took a pry bar and move the engine a couple times and saw some play on the upper torque strut. the upper torque strut is really worn out. the less gas i dont feel it but if i accelerate normally it vibrates and make a loud noise especially when warming up. but after 3rd it calms down once i dont give to much gas. i dont really want my car making the noise but i dont want it vibrating like it is now. read couple post but really didnt help.
so which is the best way to go used or new torque struts or filled or inserts or dog bones? i would like to know how each perform.
possible nosie due to worn torque struts

I had filled inserts and they worked okay. Still had some rocking in the engine (causing my CAI to smack the hood due to the space limitations from the SRT swap and SXT hood being used).
I had an opportunity to get a good deal on a set of Dogbone solid engine mounts and have very little rocking. However, there is more "normal" engine vibration transferred throughout the car as a result of them being solid. I don't find it to be a problem or a nuisance and by now I almost don't notice it at all except when engaging first gear.
Hope that helps

Everyone knows that for breasts to be "perfect" they need to be within reach.
I've got the dogbones and they're not a problem, just some vibration at a stop. Caraudioholic24's offer might be a good deal depending on the price, but otherwise I recommend getting new mounts regardless of what kind you get. My stock mounts were completely shot before I hit 100k, as in the rubber(ish?) inserts at the bolts were broken into pieces. Fortunately they are stupid easy to swap out so even if you do get used ones it isn't a big deal to replace them if they do die sooner.
