tire sizes?

Post by acr » Thu Mar 18, 2010 12:17 pm

I currently have 205/40/17 and want to fill in the wheel well a little bit more and add more grip and comfort to the car.

I was doing some research and a couple of forums recomended 215/45/17. By the way im running bc coilovers, and the rim size is 17x7 +35 offset.

Please any type of suggestion, tire size? brands? where to buy cheap tires from?

Thanks

Generally, grip and comfort don't belong in the same sentence, especially when it comes to tires. Sticky tires are noisy and expensive. You'll have to compromise somewhere.

I don't think it will matter much considering he has BCs already.

215/45/17 and 225/45/17 will both fill in the wheel well nicely.
