01 Sebring Seats / Neon

I ran across some 01 Chrysler sebring seats today in the yard, power and non power. By the looks, it appears to be the exact same seat but better made, even had lumbar support.

Anyone know if these will be a direct fit into a 2nd Gen neon?

Are there any 2gns in the yard? Walk it over to another and bolt it in.
