Be sure to measure lift and duration.maybe that was a generic part number at the time of testing. That cam could be the reason for chrysler to go with that cam from 96-05 or could be the reason for the differant cam in the r/t
If it has a smaller base circle be sure and measure valve stem height before using another cam.
