hey the time has come for new tires, i am not too worried about performance so much as less road noise comfort and long life spans this time, i dont race or drive hard so these looked to be good tires to get

I love these tires. The will last 80,000+miles. They bite really well in wet, dry and snow for an all season tire.

I had a set for ~50,000 miles. They had some sidewall cracking so I got in touch with Yokohama and they have a 4 year cracking warranty. They told me to go to a Yokohama dealer and reference a claim number they gave me. The warranty value was based on the amount of tread left on the tire. I ended up getting a brand new set for $250 installed iirc.

+1 for the tire life
+1 for the initial price
+1 for Yokohama standing behind their tires when I had no receipt, they just went off the date on the sidewall.

That's a total win in my book.

We sell a good number of these at my store. They are a great tire for the money and with a 80K mile warranty you cant lose. If I didnt have a summer and winter tires I would get these.

If you get them in a 50 or lower series aspect ratio the sidewalls are stiff. Gives you a nice feedback feeling from the road.
