While putting in a glove box light I pulled the panel off of the passenger side next to the glove box and I found this.
Sorry for the shitty pics.
It says "keep in car, for customer use".
Is this something that is needed?

well i use to work for a dodge dealership and alot of the new cars we got in had those in the glove box, they really aren't anything special, its just there so if you want to put like say ur registration or insurance in. or at least that's what the parts manager told me it was for

Why did you post this here? lol
Anyhow, when the bottom of the rad busts, it mixes rad fluid and trans fluid. The heater core works by running hot rad fluid through it to produce the heat. The hoses nor the core were meant to run trans fluid through it so it either got real gummed up, or it likely ate the gaskets or the hose away.

Wow, a complimentary plastic zipper bag. Way to go the extra mile, Dodge.
If they really wanted to hook us up, they could have stashed a bag full of those flimsy pillar clips in there.

Wow, I figured someone would have gotten this one.
The bag on the right is your key information. The "M" code is the key code, and the 7 numbers below it are the actual key cuts, bow to tip.
All of that is usually with the owners manual. If they are left loose, after a short time they will work themselves down behind the glovebox.
If I could just figure out how to meld the Outback and the Neon into one car...
