i was just wondering if can i jsut buy some vinly and completly cover my altezzas in them? i had this idea in my head for a while, but never thought about it or asked. or should i just pick up some stock tails locally for $50?

if it was me, id just go find some stock tails, but if you want to be diff., try the vynil, it might work, ya never know?

There is some spray material that is transparent similar to Krylon Fusion but dries clear. I've seen people use it on their tails for the Scion xB.

somebody did this already.... look around, maybe hacknslash.. did it in red and then cut out a cirlce for the reverse light portion of it.

Go to the srtforums and look for a company called rockblocker. They make kits of transparent vinyl to cover srt tails, corner lenses, fog lights and so on. Would be worth a shot to see if they would do 00-02 tails.

i pmed them one time about doing 00-02 headlights and tails, they said they would need one to base the size off of and i didnt bother to ask about a price, but if you find one out let me know.

my car came completely stock but someone had put altezzas on it....so needless to say that first week i got a set of stockers on ebay shipped for 50 bucks...and sold my altezzas right back on ebay and got almost 90 bucks shipped for them...so i made money

go to qwalmart. buy a can of testors transparent red. iot's with the models. if they dont have it, go to a hobby shop. it works great. i used it for my all red tails.
