I love the transformation your car took. It looks sweet with the new wing, kit, and wheels. Now all it needs is a good lowering, got any plans for that? Springs, coilovers?

Im gonna get some true coilovers when I can save the money for them. Id really like to get air ride, but thats even more than true coilovers, and Im not too sure how the ride quality and what not is with air, anyone know or riden with someone with air?

my friend has airride on a truck..rides fine to me. its pretty soft. doesnt handle amazing. so dont expect good cornering...but the ride itself isnt bad...

i think with a kit like that you either need air, or an extremely careful driver.

yeah, im not even lowered at all right now, and if im not carefull i scrape going in and out of lots. Thanks for the comment btw.

i can imagine....

today coming out of my dads driveway, there was a car blocking, so i couldnt come out angled like i usually do....coming straight on my bumper rests on the floor for a millisecond

I scarpe my R.T bumper all the time. It's wierd, I never scrape the actual bumper, but the airdam is so scratched and torn to pieces.

same here, scares the hell out of me that I just took a chunk out of my bumper but it's always that air dam that gets gouged up

That's wierd, because my front is lower than yours I think. The only time I have scraped my actual bumper is when I didn't see a parking block and went up on to it.

that happened to me the pther day, i was going into a lot, and for some reason or another i didnt pull in angled, and scraped a lil bit. i dont have an air dam anymore with my kit, so I got out an inspected it. theres was a tiny scratch underneath the bumper thats not even visable

I took that little plastic airdam off of mine. No more scraping and it's much easier to get to my AEM filter for cleaning.
