I didn't see anything about MAP signals on the website, although it says it has an input for airflow sensors. You are looking for a way to manipulate the output voltage of the MAP sensor. It may be as simple as the F/IC where it just asks what max voltage you want the MAP to have, or it may have a configurable map for the MAP. I couldn't find out much on the perfect power website.

EDIT: There is mention of the MAP sensor under technical data. You should look at your installation instructions to see more detail. Here is where I found it:

Hahn Stage 3 kit with FMIC, P&P Log manifold, 2.5" Thermal R&D exhaust, Comp400 cam , NX Direct Port Nitrous kit progressively controlled via P Gauge, AVS body kit, NX Gen X2 goodies, AEM F/IC, AEM Electronic Boost controller, MPx UDP, Maddog STS, JE Pistons ceramic coated tops and oil shear coated sides and bottoms, Eagle rods , Fidanza Aluminum Fly with 5.4 clutch Tokico Blues/Kazera Springs

you are going to want to clamp your stock map sensor so the pcm does not see boost. Then your going to need a secondary MAP sensor to take over the boost readings so your smt6 has something to read.
Also note you have to modify the ignition timing too....
