I have a few freinds here and seing them browse the forum I see that alot of the members here dont even have neons, so I am guessing that I am welcome with my 1990 dodge shadow turbo.
Though not a neon alot of the things your neons have were perfected on cars like mine so its all relative
There are only a few things done to it like the turbo and intercooler but I have some plans. I am getting a 2 piece intake and another exhaust mani to port along with a ostrich so I can tune it.

1990 dodge shadow
2.5 turbo 15 psi
t04e compressor in stock housing with .63 A/R stg 2 turbine.
MR2 aftermarket intercooler with hardpipes.
^ dynoed, Maxed out injectors/spark blowout still made 215hp and 265ft/lbs
Next is +40 injectors and a 20 psi tune along with a ported head and manis should be in the 300s
