I'm not sure if I should of put this into the Want to buy section (even though I'm only looking for/looking at prices) so my question is:

What are the price ranges of a front dust covers?

and

The price of an '03 SXT bumper. It's cracked on my right side and it's pissing me off that is cracked.

I wouldn't be so sure. In his fog light thread, he refers to the side the dust cover is missing. A bra isn't side specific, unless one side is bigger than the other. Oo

So maybe he means a fog light surround? Or the fender liner, to maybe prevent some dust from getting into the engine bay?

that's what I meant, the dust shield I have no idea what's it called. It goes in front of your tire.

The dust / splash shield is called an inner fender. Search "neon inner fender 00" and you'll see some for $15-$20 for one side.

And certifit has the fog light 03+ bumpers for about $40 ish.
