1gn valve cover

Im not sure where to make this post but since its attached to the engine im putting it here. where can i buy a replacement hose line fitting for the back of a 1gn metal valve cover its the stem that sticks out on the back side where the exhaust manifold is, mine fell out :(

or maybe something i can wedge in there and what size would that be?
