Dogbone mounts question

Post by strykr » Sun May 09, 2010 1:06 pm

Are dogbone mounts supposed to feel like all my screws are backing off when I'm idleing and at low revs? Lol

I just realized how funny a question this is. Don't people generally know about this kind of stuff before ordering and installing soild mounts?

compared to stock and MM inserts you will feel more vibration. its normal. When you first install though, you should check on the tightness of the bolts from time to time to be safe. Nooby question yes but heres to learning. Dogbones are a good investment so deal with ur new so called "backing out of the bolts and screws feel"

I had my coolant bottle bolt backout... Zip-tied that SOB to my strut bar and went on my way

I finally got a replacement bolt for it at the JY about a month ago :D
