ebay projector glue

Post by dodgeneonzl » Mon May 17, 2010 2:35 am

Hey guys, does anyone have anything to recommend for sealing up the headlights after taking them apart in the oven? i tried sealing it up after heating it and there doesn't seem enough glue left over to get a tight seal... and i don't really want to use sillicone because i'm afraid it might seal it up permanently. Any idea what glue to use? Thanks! Oh i have the ebay projector for the '03+

Adhesive silicone. It's not permanent like super glue; you can generally peel it off with your fingernails if you have the time. It's the stuff to use.

nissan tail light sealant is what most retrofitters use. It's butyl rubber.

3M Window sealant ( butyl rubber) comes in a 15 foot roll for 20 bucks at Napa, and O'Rielys. That is what I used to seal up my 01 lights after the Retrofit
