Is it possible to remove the rear fender? **Answered**

Got a question on outside appearance modifications. Questions about body kits, exterior lighting, just anything thats a visual mod on the "exterior" of the car. Ask those questions here.

Is it possible to remove the rear fender? **Answered**

I apologize if this has been asked before and I did a quick search before hand but I wanted to know if it is possible and how I could remove that rear fender. I assume its not possible but I wanted to make sure.

I've got a nasty dent on there and a colored matched donor but I am lost and my trusty Haynes guide doesn't mention how to do it.

If you're talking about the rear quarter panel, aka fender, then the answer is no. It is integral to the frame. You would have to cut it out and reweld in a new one, then sand, fill, and paint it.
