We were recently notified that one of your buyers filed a chargeback by
asking their credit card company to reverse a payment made to you on May
21, 2010.

The buyer claims that the item was damaged on receipt or is significantly
not as described. The credit card company wants additional information from
you about this transaction.



being i have not received the rest of my parts back and this was filed like this i am now going to edit my post on this,

the bumper was never picked up, there was no damage to the bumper at all, the tail lights i shipped i sent pics of how they where and that they where dirty and i sent pics of the grill and shipped as they where in the pics.

i just got off the phone with paypal about this, i gave them all this persons info they gave me on where to ship etc. i would really advise no one to sell or buy from this person, the rep i talked to from paypal said after i gave all the info and ( i am sending all the pms, including the ones from facebook, and getting my phone records from the vm, that where left and sending them to paypal,) they believe this case is one of someone trying to scam as so do i. again i would like to change my feed back to -100000000000 and i will never deal with this person again, i have sent msgs to him saying as soon as i get the grill back we would go on with the refund that i did agree to, which i also told him i woulndt be refunding the shipping of the bumper to him or for me to be picking it back up at the post off which totals over $180 on the bumper alone btwn the shipping and the materials to ship it. this is not including the 15-20 to ship the other parts ( grill and tail lights) which i would consider even because of him paying to ship back to me. but i have not heard anything from them, and they have been on since i asked about the grill etc. i also just sent another msg today.either way being i didnt ship to the address on paypal. i might lose this case bc of that through paypal but if it does come to that i will be hiring an attorney even though it will cost me more for one then what would be refunded. i will not be scammed by someone on any site and let them get away with it.

Whoa buddy this is bullshit. I am not sending anything to someone who told me he is out of work and cant pay.

im not out of work i have been back to work, but why do you think i would refund you money when you still have some of the parts, what is bullshit is the fact you think that i would refund money and let you keep the parts i dont think so.

i have like +29 or so feed back on here and like +18 on ebay and the only problem i have ever had with selling or buying online is with you.

i told you i would refund you the money, and i did say that i couldnt refund it all at once, yes, and i did ask you what we could work out on the shipping im out of bc of you not picking the bumper up. and you agreed we could work something out and then that was the last i have heard from you , i even sent you a msg on july 14 asking about it and i have heard nothing from you until now,

like i told you in a pm.i just sent you , i will not be refunding any of the shipping of the bumper for you pulling this crap, and i wont refund any of it if i do not get the other parts back. this is why i ship with tracking and sig confirmation, even paypal thinks its sketchy . so we will see how this ends. like i said i will not be scammed or give parts away for free if thats was the case the would be free in the beginning.
