Power swap problems Can some one help me.

I converted my 00 from non power to power windows, locks, and mirrors. I got everything done and the car wont start WTF!!! The donor parts were from a 00 plymouth neon. The new harness has the keyless entry module and what i think is a plug for a skim key but i don't have a skim key column. Dantene says that i need to have the pcm reprogramed and a skim key cut. I don' t have what ever it is that the harness plugs into in my column. Any one know What i need to do i'm really screwed as this is my only transportation right now. If anyone has done this and could help me out i would be so greatful.

try to remove the keyless entry module if it works then.

Can anyone give me the pinouts for the main wirring block under the dash on the firewall between the power and non power 00 neon?
