Well its time to move on, this car has treated me very well running wise for the past 8 months that I have owned it. When I got it there were many issues that went "unmentioned" somewhere down the line of ownership but all have been resolved.

Some info:

1998 Plymouth Neon Sport
135,XXX miles
2 door coupe
Manual 5-speed performance B... in great condition!
Its Purple with the usual peeling clear coat but its not bad. Very few dings. Overall I would give the body a 7/10.

The interior is the highlight concerning cosmetics. I recently detailed everything and when clean the interior looks new. The seats have no tears or burns, none of the cushions are broken down, and there are no stains. Carpet is in excellent shape and it still has the original floor mats which explains the condition of the carpet. The interior is dark grey confetti.

The window tracks are in good condition.

No crackes in the glass, does not leak and all the lights in the interior work.
Tires are good, prabably 50% tread. Has the post 97 acr bubble rims.

Now for the motor:
All I know is that it came from a 98 stratus and I tell you what, this motor runs strong!!! The power band goes from idle all the way to redline so i am guessing they put the 2.0 cams in with the swap. It does have a small oil leak that I have not had time to detect but its not bad at all and it does not burn a drop! When I got the car I converted it to run e85 which for some reason really brought it to life.

Radiator has been replaced and coolant system has been flushed.

Mod List:

Clean 2.4 swap
Balance shafts removed
Newer clutch
New motor mounts
Headman Header
Ported intake
Mopar ECU
Accel Plug wires... not much of a mod but hey!
Accel 36 lb injectors for running e85
Mopar srt style short throw shifter...ball shift knob which looks great imo
Booger shifter bushings
Completely rewired with fresh harness...the biggest issue when I got the car
Mopar high rate lowering springs
Neon r/t sway bars
Depo headlights and turns i think....dont know brand cus im not into that sort of thing!
Im sure there is more....

Here are some pics...!

Sorry its just a link, seems that I messed some of the attachments up so this is the only way.

This car has been a great car and now that I have gone through everthing it should prove to be even better for its future owner. Its extremely, surprisingly fast for what it is but it has a temper. Due to the e85 mixtures it runs a little different with every tank but always good....just better sometimes. Handles well and is very fun.

If you have any questions please feel free to ask. My asking price is 2000 but all fair offers will be considered and please no trades.

Thanks for looking.

I tell ya..... every time I get on 2gn I look to see if this is gone yet. If it weren't e85 I'd be all over trying to come up with the money or begging you to take a partial trade. GLWS

A set of 24 lb injectors is all you really need to convert this back to crude oil...lol. I would be more than willing to work on the price to cover the cost of a set of injectors!

I have someone who is supposed to come get it this weekend but as of right now it is still available.

I've got a car I'm working to sell. If I sell that I'm going to come take a look at this. Won't be happening for another week or two at the earliest though.

Just right click on the pic, then select "copy image irl" Paste it in the reply box, and click the Img* tab. There is another way to do it via PB, but this is far easier. ;)

GLWS, If only my GF would learn stick, I'd consider this... :(

E85 is very available here, and she never drives far. She wants a 4 door too, FTL.

Probably shouldn't listen to anything your penis says, that guy's a dick.
Patience, of course, is a very powerful weapon, but sometimes I start to regret that it is not a firearm.
Too much time spent here is a sign of a bad case of Ownaneonvirus.

Thanks for the help man! And yeah, four doors do suck but having a family makes the two doors pretty inconvenient which is why I like second gen's.....better styling for the sedans.

Ill keep everyone posted today as there is someone coming to look at if from illinois this morning. Pretty sure they are going to take it but you never know!
