This is for an N/A throttle body, but I don't think the SRT is much different. Then move it clockwise to be sure it is correct. It should want to turn against the clockwise movement. Then you know the spring is good. (From the TPS side, as the throttle opens, it moves CCW. so moving the TPS CW lets you know it is in place properly. If it won't move, it is on the wrong side of the slot. Once you know it is there, just move it back until the screw holes line up, and install the screws.
