Tattoo Tips

Post by DuhNeon179 » Sun Jul 11, 2010 9:35 pm

Going for my first tattoo pretty soon, I know the design but not sure of the location. Been doing some research on it and it seems to me anywhere far AWAY from the bone hurts the least. No shit a tattoo will hurt I already expect that, but I was wondering what would be a good location? And any tips. Other then the usual don't drink/take advil before, that type of stuff.

Honestly everyone gets all scared of the pain til they actually get it. Ive had a few large ones and its not bad. I just drink a nice energy drink to get your blood sugar up and you will have no problems. Just remember to breath lol

lol well I figure breathing would play a critical role hahaha. Thanks man. One other question would hurt more or less then getting hit with rubber bullets? Cause that shit hurts like a bitch.

Hurts less. It's really not nearly as bad as you are making it out to be. It's gonna sting and be sore for awhile afterwards.

Put it where your design would look best. Make it flow with your body. Once it's over, you'll want a ton more.

Ya, it really doesn't hurt that bad.
Feels like someone is scraping at your skin with a mechanical pencil.
Rubber bullets would hurt more.
Hell, paintballs hurt more.

Take alot of Ibuprofen before, to minimize swelling.
