Think the shop screwed up my car

Post by Sykora » Wed Jul 14, 2010 12:09 am

Okay, so I was having a light on in my car-- long story short, I took it in, they said it needed two new sensors, I bought 'em, they installed 'em. The second I got in my car, I noticed my breaks were super firm and harder to break. I drove off thinking it'd wear down. It did but they're still a bit tight. Now my AC isn't blowing as cold and not as much. My mileage is also sucking big time, but could be unrelated.

Is my '05 just having random problems, or could messing around with the sensors have damaged something by any chance? Ps, I got the car serviced right before I went on vacation and now I'm back in Texas.

What were the codes? What sensors were replaced? Does the car still stop as it used to?

Details are of great importance when trying to trace a problem down. :)

Check to make sure they didn't unplug the vacuum line going to the brake booster.

hard to help you with this, there is not enough info up. What were the repairs made? Was there any issues before then?

This is what I was thinking. Sykora I have a pic of this somewhere. When I get home I'll look for it.
