Every time I accelerate from a stop or I'm in the 2,000-3,000 band it's present. What could this be caused from?
I thought it could be a belt but the serpentine belt looks fine with no wear on it. Could it be the timing belt? How can I tell it this is the problem?
Any other suggestions?
(Sorry if this is in the wrong section)
When I accelerate there is a high pitched squeal...

It could be an idler pulley also. Have you tried it with the hood up, and opening the TB by hand to rev the engine? It may give you a better idea where the sound is coming from. Just be sure it is in park if ATX, and/or the brake set/wheels chocked if parking brake doesn't work.
