Well i really don't want to do this but I've decided to part ways with the neon. The car currently has 46,000 miles on it and is running like a champ. Here is a link to the progress log

All of the mods are listed in the log...
GOOD:
Oil changes done every 1000 miles
Clutch is brand new (replaced w/ Modern performance PT clutch)
Engine runs great
Comes with lots of extras.
BAD:
NO A/C ( i have all the parts and will be willing to install if needed)
NO P/s (again have all the lines and everything.. just need a new pump.
Tune could be better ( not 100% but is still pretty quick, i will be tuning this for the rest of the week so she should be running at 100% by then)
I am willing to put the car back to stock except for the suspension work as well as the exhaust.. this means getting rid of the turbo and everything else that comes with it. Pm me for more info
