Radiator Fans not working

Doing a SRT-4 Motor swap into your Neon, maybe even a 2.4... have questions about it, what you'll need or what issues you'll run into? Answers can be found in here.

Welllll, kind of saw some snags coming, but this one has yet to be resolved.

Fans won't come on under any circumstances. Temperature, turning on AC, I even did the fan mod where you ground it out...nada. Fans DID work fine with the previous car.

All harnesses are swapped except the dash. Relay seems to work fine.

Ideas?
