Ok, so I come to this thread prepared. This is Frank we are talking about. Mr OEM, 3rd only to Gramps and my brother. Frank would not possibly spend money now to upgrade the wheels on his neon now. And not balls deep prices for BBS. So what then is Frank showing us this picture of a BBS wheel you ask? I say we look to the past. Frank mentioned wanting an epic wheel for a garden hose reel a while back. My guess is this wheel is cracked/bent/curbed or otherwise destroyed (hence the myspace angle) and that's what it's for.
If not, I'm sorry I wasted this minute of my life writing this out
Dante ftw

Ryan I still hate you for this
And now, the reel isn't done yet. My shed is a mess. My goal is to finish it in spring '13.

Hell I'm trying to figure out why the rotors, unless you are welding studs into them to mount the wheel to.
I would just mount a rear spindle/hub assy and make it spin. Easy to unwind, and reel back up.
Hell you could use the antilock ring and stick a piece of spring steel on it, so it clicks like hell, to annoy the neighbors.

Probably shouldn't listen to anything your penis says, that guy's a dick.
Too much time spent here is a sign of a bad case of Ownaneonvirus.Patience, of course, is a very powerful weapon, but sometimes I start to regret that it is not a firearm.

The rotor was mainly for looks.
I like the idea of the rear spindle.
