So I just bought a M3 mirros from eBay, they are non-power, but have blinkers on them.
Here's a diagram of what needs to be connected to:
black wire (-) ground
white wire (+) connect to turn signal wire
blue wire (+) connect to parking light wire
So does that mean that I can connect white wire+blue wire together to the side marker light?
and can I just ground the black wire to metal without cutting anything?
btw I also have halo headlights, so I got lots of wires connected to my turn signal I believe they are for the LEDs in the headlight.
need help you guys/gurls!!!
M3 mirrors wiring help
first & second question: yes you can!

No problem!
My wiring diagram will give you exactly that!
The 3 LEDs light up when you turn on the ignition.
They turn off when you turn on the light - therefor the halo rings will light up!
Don't solder the wires directly to the harness - or you cannot remove your headlights without cutting the wires! Use superseal connectors!
and here is the simple version if you rather prefer white turn signal repeaters
you still cut the black/yellow wire to only have the halo rings for standby but you don't cut the blinker wires - unless you don't wanna have orange blinkers any longer...
Oh - and please don't despair and wrack your brain how to wire the leds! the drawing is just simplified to better show you what goup of leds i mean and you don't need to do anything else than wire the plus and minus from the little black boxes to the superseal connector (1 box for each led group!)...
thanks for the diagram man, but I got another question...
So I just wired and it works but what I did was
white wire - sidemarker
blue wire (signal) - turn signal
now whenever I put the key in ignition the car makes a low pitch whiny noise.
since the LEDs light up ONLY when you have the blinker on that means that I HAVE to connect the blue wire (signal) from my mirror with the LEDs on the Halos+the normal orange signal light
so total blinkers I got = 3 (mirror, leds, stock orange) is that too much? or is that the thing that makes it whine, because of lack of energy?
