in dash wiring

I was looking at getting power windows, power locks, lighted rear view mirrors, power side-view mirrors amongst some other things. When I look at the wiring under my dash there are some plugs that I have seen on other neons at junkyards that mine doesn't have. How hard would it be to grab the "In dash wiring harness with fuse box" from one of the neons in the junkyard and swap it with mine.

Would this cause me any issues?
