horrid effing transmission noise

NEED HELP my new transmission is making this horrid noise. all the clutch bolts are tight ect

It sounds like the throwout bearing is grinding off the case lol.

When you say, "NEW" transmission, I am assuming you mean, "new (used) transmission", correct ??

never heard of such a thing, of course its hard to hear it over the sound of my tranny when it cold, ughhh its embarrassing
