What color is the interior of my neon

Ok this is another noob question and I feel like a tard just asking it but here it goes.

I swore up and down when I first looked in the door of the neon that the interior of this car was tan and when I sit down in the car at first it seems that way. But when I was swapping gauge clusters every piece I pulled out seemed to be a gray color. After I sit in the car a few minutes it seems to be gray as well. So is the color of this neon's interior what DC called taupe?

I swear this is the last noob question before I will do a small project write up that I think will be unique.

It's taupe. The gray stuff is much darker. There would be no confusing if you had the dark gray/agate. Thinking you have gray is just your eyes playing tricks on you.
